Thanks to Smiley360 I was sent a coupon to pick up a FREE container of the New and Improved Formula of Pam Cooking Spray.  And since this is the holiday season, which means a lot of Holiday Cooking and Baking, this will come in handy.

However, Pam Cooking Spray is useful in everyday cooking as well.  I picked up a container of the Olive Oil version and have used it to cook French Toast, Pizza, Home Fries, and even used it to keep Salmon from sticking to the casserole dish.

I really like how easy it is to cook with Pam Cooking Spray, plus clean up is so quick.  For all of the dishes I made, I simply sprayed the surface before I made the dish, and everything came off the cookware.

For the Home Fries, I sprayed the pan, and then sprayed the potatoes as well.  They turned out great!

Check out my dinner cooked with Pam.

  10. I use Pam Cooking Spray for cooking eggs, stir-frying veggies or greasing my pans to bake. I also use it to remove labels from items I purchase and a little touch of it in a jiffy, when you're out of furniture spray, adds some shine to your wood furniture (just make sure it's not the butter flavored).
