I just saw these 2 events this weekend at Toys R Us and Babies R Us.

Apparently they are doing a Summer Sidewalk Celebration event on Saturday starting at 12pm with chalk and bubbles! I would call in the morning to confirm that your location is participating.
At Babies R Us they are having a My First Coloring Event from 12pm-4pm.
