Thanks to Influenster, I was sent a Holiday VoxBox to review here on my blog Frugal and Fun Mom. One of the items included in the package was Kiss Nail Dress.
Kiss Nail Dress is nail fashion for tips and toes that can be used on top of polished or artificial nails. Each package comes with 28 strips with a small file. According to Kiss, they can last up to a week and when it is time for removal, simply peel.
Since I am a mother of 3 , I rarely ever paint my nails because it chips off within a few hours, and being that I am frugal, it is even more rare that I would go out to get a manicure. When I saw this in the package, I was excited about the possibility of having nicer looking nails.
The color might not have been my first choice of design since it was animal print, but I thought, why not give it a try to see how it looks.
To use the product, I simply peeled, applied, and then shaped onto my nails. These were extremely easy to apply, and I was really excited at how good they looked. I also received so many compliments from other moms and my hubby also really liked them.
These looked really good for about 3 -4 days. I had one nail that seemed to get worn off around day 4, so I peeled off that Nail Dress and put on a new one. After a week, they were still on, but began to fade at the end of each nail. I feel that based on how rough I am on my nails, that these stood up pretty well. I would definitely pick these up again to wear for a special event, or if I was in the mood to pretty up my nails.
Nail Dress is available in 21 different styles and the suggested retail is $6.99. This product is available in all major drug chains and mass retailers like WalMart, CVS and Walgreens. Visit their website at KissNailDress.com to find retail locations, and to learn more information.
