I decided to prepare my burgers in the grill pan with a little Olive Oil, and topped with Mozzarella cheese.  I then put the Tomato Basil Pizza Burgers on a bun and added marinara sauce. It was delicious, and my 6 year old said he liked it as well.

Since we are observing Lent, I am glad to have another alternative to meat.  In addition, we always have plenty of marinara sauce and Mozzarella Cheese, and this product works great with both. I also feel good about feeding my kids something with Fiber.
