Thanks to Cepia, LLC, I was sent a set of The Amazing Zhus to review with my family. Opinions expressed are that of my own.
Does your child get mesmerized when they see magicians or do they even try to perform their own tricks at home? Well my kids do, and that is why they were so excited to check out a brand new line of toys called the The Amazing Zhus!
Created by the same master toy makers behind ZhuZhu Pets and The Happy’s, these fun pet characters and their accessories create magic and perform stunts.
The Amazing Zhus Magician Pets are motorized toys that either help perform the magic tricks or gravity-defying acrobatics. Available in 6 characters, there is The Great Zhu, Madame Zhu, Dynamo, Abra, Piccadilly, and Kardini.
Of course the best part about these toys is the kiddos get right into the middle of the action by making the show come to life.
These Zhus, along with help from the kids, can perform their stunts and tricks via Magician Cards, a Shell Game, Disappearing Box Trick, High Wire, Circus Ball, and High Wire. Each Pet actually comes with a Magician Card.
We were given The Amazing Zhus Stunt Pet named Abra to play with, along with the High Dive and Disappearing Box.
My son really enjoyed making his performer disappear in the box and all of my children enjoyed watching Abra complete the High Dive. FYI, I did have to assist my kids in clicking the pet onto the High Dive.
I asked my kids what they thought and my son said “I like how they perform amazing stunts”. My daughter then said, “I like Abra and the sounds she makes”.
Have you had a chance to play with The Amazing Zhus yet? What do you think your child’s favorite trick or stunt would be?
To see how our The Amazing Zhus sets work, check out the following video with my son performing a demonstration. You can also see them perform additional stunts at The Amazing Zhus on YouTube.
These toys are intended for children ages 4 and up, will be sold exclusively in Walmart stores nationwide beginning in October, and prices will range from $7.99-$24.99.

My daughter is already asking to have her own set of these for Christmas, I guess I will need to pass the information onto Santa.
