I spoke to my Doctor’s office in advance to make sure it was O.K. for me to try this product, and after reading the ingredients to them, they said it had the correct vitamins for a Prenatal Care. For 6 days, I tried the mix. I had it in just water alone and although it did not taste bad, I definitely prefer it with some type of flavored drink. It can either be taken in a full dose form in 12 ounces of liquid, or split it into a half dose in 6 ounces of liquid.
One of the things I really liked about this product, is that it encouraged me to drink liquid, which is really important to do when you are pregnant.
